Every November this SOB tries to get back into my life. Some years, I get lucky and the beast just kind of drives by to see whats going on. Last year was not one of them. This year....who knows. Shadows right on the edge of an attack for about a week. I hope my regimen of Verap, lithium, rc seeds keep it away. One thing I have learned, is that I will not stop taking any of my meds til about April. Learned that lesson the hard way. STAY AWAY! I can't relive last years episode. >:(

Kev - we'll start huffin' and puffin' and trying to blow the guy right past you and out into an ocean somewhere.

Good luck and here's hoping the beast has decided to just give up and move on.

Stay away from windows without curtains, don't answer the phone if you don't recognize the number, watch for tails when you're out driving. Maybe you can duck him this year! ;)

Hoping he skips you for a cycle or two.
