Last night. Has been months since my last attack and was very thankful they were gone for so long. Took a 5mg Zomig and did the trick. Hope I am not in cycle again but this is the time for me.

Time to get your arsenal in place? Actually it was time to do that after your last hit. Always expect the worst, and be glad when it doesn't happen.

What Linda said!!! I always assume when my cycle ends, they've left me forever, I've outgrown them and they're never coming back! I also keep 4 E-Tanks, a sh*^ load of imitrex and lithium on hand......just in case!

Hoping it's just a rogue hit for ya brudder.

I have not but the Verapamil and Zomig diet works really well for me.
