I am in the infancy of a lawsuit for negligence  and im trying to round up some convincing footage of ch attacks and its victims.
ive seen a couple on youtube but i was hoping that someone else had already compiled something of this nature in the past and would save me some searching.

The footage on you-tube, is all I am aware that is out there and is a damn good example for anyone.  Just type in "cluster headaches" on the you-tube site and view Cluster Chucks video or Artonios.

i was sentenced to 5 days in jail for drivers license infraction and i nearly didnt survive it due to medicals refusal to acknowledge ch as a medical emergency.

ill let ya know what happens as it does.

i documented everything.

no meds and locked up in a room with 5 other folks who now know more about ch than im sure they wanted to.

my nuerologist sent my medical requirments a week before i checked in.

several nurses remember seeing and discussing it then it dissapeared when i got there and they had to re validate it meaning 48 hours noe meds ( turned out to be 59 hours ) then gave me imitrx pill form which i threw up ( sometimes happens with the shot too ) but at least it aborted a couple !

ill post the entire report after i go to prelimenarys.  cant give anything away.

not looking for money (not that i dont need it ) just want someones job or at the VERY least make sure no one ever goes through that at shawnee county jail again.

im sure stress level exacerbated things



damn nurses kept calling it migraines and saying they understood.

i just wanna scream when folks say that, they dont remotely have a clue !


i had a seizure at the end of a level 9+ on the 3rd day.

first time thats ever happened.


at least now i know my meds are working cause without them i went full blown again/...

i dont wish that enviroment on anyone even less someone with chronic ch.


even strong coffe would have done better than what they did.

even brought my meds and my regulator ( thanks again LH ) and it was all in property but they wouldnt release any of it for use cause it came in by my hand.

If you were on medication that you take daily, then it could have been withdrawls which caused the seizure. I'd make sure to tell your lawyer that. :/
