Title: Curiouser and Curiouser ? Post by Kate in Oz on Sep 21st, 2008 at 8:35am
I have noticed that on the nights my boyfriend stays over I get less hits. (3 nights a week) I wonder if it is because he snores and therefore I don't get into deep sleep??
Has anybody else noticed this sort of thing?? Last night was the first time in over 4 weeks that I got the night off! Not one single hit. Yay :D Kate |

If that's the cure, Kate, I'm not sure I want it.

Hmmmm.
Maybe I owe my husband a debt of gratitude for my two year remission. I don't sleep well - he snores - LOUDLY. I'm 62, he's 65. I get home around 5:30 - 6:00, fix dinner and we eat around 7:00 to 7:30, then we both sit down to watch a little TV - him in the recliner, me on the couch. He's asleep and snoring by 8:00, and I'm lightly snoozing (no deep sleep possible here) by 9:00. As you can see, we have a rousing night life :-? I go to bed leaving him in his chair, and fall asleep right away. But, the minute he comes to bed and starts snoring again, I no longer sleep soundly. I don't think I'm ever hitting a REM cycle. How bout that! And here I've been giving all the credit to my remission to 02 and rc seeds. Maybe I need to throw a little credit hubby's way! Thanks Hubby! Sandy |
