I went to the interview and I thought it went well!  It was designed to eliminate candidates.  I had good answers to their questions.  With a little luck, I should hear back before the weekend!

Hello Clusterville:

No word yet, but a little bit of background.  I interviewed for a 3 month contract to hire position.  Cardinal Health promotes from within and draws heavily from the IT helpdesk people for IT positions.  This creates a steady stream of openings there.

So, assuming I get the contract, AND I do well there, I'll get hired.  After a year in that position, I can put in for other internal openings.

I'm still feeling good about the interview, so I'll let you know when I hear any feedback.

It's a real comfort to have my cluster family behind me!

They lost out on a loyal, hardworking employee who is desperate to prove himself and all you lost out on is an indifferent employer.
