I'm going to take a look at my poems and see what I've got. Quite many of them are ch-related... When is the deadline for this contest?

Thanks for that, Gator, and I'll certainly be helping any way I can.  

My biggest regret since falling victim to ch.com is that I never collected the poetry as it happened.

Since the poetry will be displayed at the convention, we are going to let the convention attendees and other visitors be the judges.  The people viewing will be asked to name their favorite and the winner will be announced at the Banquet Festivities as well as on the OUCH Board and here on ch.com.

Glad you will be participatiing.  Please send in the graphic when you send in your poem.  I'm creating the displays (media) and have a specific idea.. .it will get to my hands and I would love to incorporate your creativity!

I know that I have few ch poems, but what I didn't recall that also have about 20 notebooks and absolutely no recollections which one of them contains those poems...So it will take a while to find them.

But this is exciting! :)

The wolf is prowling at my door,
My house is only made from straw,
In fear I look to see the sun going down....

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Please do not submit someone else's work.  We are going to be publicly displaying these in the hotel and possibly on the OUCH website and in the OUCH newsletter.  We need for the artist to submit their own work to confirm their permission to use their poems.  If someone wrote a poem that means a lot to you and you think it should be part of this competition, please ask the author to submit his or her work.

As a reminder, we will be accepting submissions until June 15, 2008.
