I've set my CH.com icon on my desktop, but it always takes me to the message board. This is what I usually want, but when I press home on our site I just stay at the message board. How do I get back to the real home page, with the buttons etc.?

Just type or paste this:

http://www.clusterheadaches.com

That will take you to the first main page.
