Title: Removing Posts Post by forgetfulnot on Aug 21st, 2003, 12:32am If and when you elect to remove certian posts to this board would it not be in the best interest of all to advise the offending poster of what ever line they may have crossed? Lee |

Title: Re: Removing Posts Post by jonny on Aug 21st, 2003, 7:33pm Prehaps there was more than one that crossed the line, Lee.....and its just better to dump the whole thread than to place the blame and keep the shit going. Like DJ said "POOF its gone enough said"....works for me Bro. .........................................jonny |

Title: Re: Removing Posts Post by DJ on Aug 21st, 2003, 8:26pm Yes Lee, If I do remove someone's individual post, I will ALWAYS send that person an IM letting them know why (there are a few people that can vouch for this). When a thread with 200+ posts gets out of hand, I think you'll agree that a post such as "poof" would be enough instead of sending 75 people an IM? Just to make it known, removing posts is something that doesn't happen alot. I've only had to remove a handful since the boards been around. DJ |
