Hello,

I'm John Lanton aka JC_Lanton. I joined CH.com on November 15th and tried to use the Chatroom.

Everytime I log on to chat; I appear to be the only one in the chat room. I can see text from other members that are on-line however, I cannot tell if they can also see me. This is kinda frustrating :'(. I would really welcome an opportunity to chat "live" in real time with my fellow clusterheads. Please advise as to what I / others encountering the same problem can do to "find each other in live / real time" in order to chat about our Cluster headache related topics???

Looking 4-ward to the "Freeway Of Chat" :-{D :P.

Hi JC
the text you see in the chat is what people have said before you got there. The way to know who is actually IN there is the border on the right. It will list who is online. If you only see your name, then you are the only one there. Also, you can see who is in chat on the first page of this message board, at the bottom. It says who is looking at the mb now, and also who is in chat now.
An alternative is to go over to hsg chat. We gather in the evenings over there. Here is the link: http://www.headachesupportgroups.com/chat.htm

JC, I will look for you in chat room (CH.com message board one) & would be happy to chat with you sometime. :)

If you see me on-line (the area at the lower part of CH.com message board "home" area, "users online") you can IM me to let me know you want to chat or just go into chat & I will see you & follow.
The more people we have in chat ( & that stop in on a regular basis), the better.
