Anyone else having this problem?

I got a cable modem and shit be loading real slooooow here.

Any idea's?

ummmmm.... be thankful you have a cable modem? :D
my 56K modem at work was even slower than this - one page took over 5 minutes to load yesterday!

Type the message board URL as:
http://www.clusterheadaches.com/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.cgi

That will cut off the top and left sides of the page and just display the message board.

the pages are loading slow when some people use for their mug shot a 47 kb .jpg file of 580 * 743 pixels. :P

This takes about 10 sec to load with 56k modem :-[

Kicks Butt for me on my cable modem home line and my ISDN lines at work. In fact, it seems much faster to me than before. Everything loads almost instantly, even after clearing my chache. 8)

what Frank said, and to keep the same old page, you can, instead to press F5 as refresh,
right click in the MSG board zone, and choose refresh in the menu. This will update ONLY the message board (current window)

I have found a major performance difference between netscape (extreamly slow) and microsoft internet explorer (fast).

Testing, one-two!
I have been trying to get on this board for days now. Have absolutely no idea of how I got here.
I'm not a WOP, but a Kraut and I should be able to figure this out seeings as Krauts are usually technologically NOT challenged, but I guess I'm the exception. Don't even know if this will show up and if it does, am not sure if I'll be able to duplicate what I've just done to read it. (heavy sigh) any replies will be appreciated.

Takes forever for me to use the test page. Not worth for me to try. Let me know if it's because of the the Chinese basketball post.

Don't know, Charlie. That page doesn't load slowly for me. Why not just skip the first three pages and hop right to the 4th page?
