I have been researching for so long on what these "episodes" that my fiance has been having. I have always felt so helpless when he has his episodes. But now that I know exactly what he has and that he is not crazy and that we can now tell the doctors that they are crazy, I feel much better.
I am also very excited to have found this website and everyone on here that are supporters. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!! :)

Glad you found this website. There's a huge amount of useful research here and you can always ask questions of other CHers. You might like to check out all the buttons to the left of your screen. The oxygen link is great and this harmless substance helps most people with their ha/s and reduces the amounts of other drugs needed.

Um, er, I don't think I'd tell the doc he's crazy tho'. You might need his assistance on dealing with CH and want him firmly on your side. Lots of docs don't understand CH, but they can often be educated to learn if we befriend them. It's important to have a good doc though so if you haven't, it may pay to change to one who is aware and has some experience dealing with CH.

Good on you for looking for answers to your fiance's ha/s! Many supporters do the research for their CH mates so that they are free to have some fun and life when they're not getting hit.

Little did you know, you live in a veritable Hot Bed of Clusterheads, just miles or minutes away! You're fiance may Still be crazy, but at least you know know why he seems so wacko when he yells about these headache things. Cool beans.

Your fiance is not crazy, but the pain in his head sure as hell is. I am so sorry that he has to suffer! Hopefully he'll find his way here, too. :)

Sorry you had to find this place . . .but glad you did! You're wonderful to be researching . . .our CH sufferers need us (supporters) to be the most knowledgable and best advocates we can be. Many times, we know more than the docs they see, and we need to be able to educate them, to get the things we know our sufferer needs. You're well on the way to doing this!!
Oh, and we gotta do it in an educated way. Be forceful if you need to be, but do it in a way that allows you to win *g*

Showie, I think its great that you have been researching and found us! Wishing you and your fiance pain free days and nights, and if you ever need anything, this is the place to come. Wonderful people here that truly understand what you are going through.

Hi Showie, I agree with what Firebrix said. Don't tell the docs they're crazy. You might need them for 'scripts!
