Hello supporters,

I just learned that my aunt is suffering from migraines and has had imitrex prescribed, however, she doesn't fill the Rx because it costs too much. She desperately needs it.

I'm wondering if there are any coupons or reduced cost programs available for her?

Although we're not a migraine support group, Imitrex is also prescribed for cluster headaches.

Glaxo Smith Kline used to have a Charity Meds program but I'm not sure if that's still in operation or not.

Your aunt could ask her doctor for some Imitrex samples, most medical offices have tons of free meds kicking around.

You could also try visiting a Migraine support group - they may have a better handle on where to get cheap imitrex. If you DO find a place to get a break on the price, please let us know.
