Thanks so much for the info. My husband gets these about once every few weeks. They last for a few hours always at night (2am). He has all the signs, but we never knew about this type of headache. He will be going to the Dr. soon, for some much needed meds. :)

Be sure to print up some of the information from the buttons on the left. The doctors are as buffalo'd by these things as we are... There best defense is experience and the experience is here...(thanks to DJ)
If you print up some info on the meds especially that could give him a head start. If your not happy with your first doctor, find one that will help. Good Luck Ree():)
