Have any supporters ever filed, sucessfully, for FMLA to take care of their clusterhead spouse?

i am not a cluster supporter but sufferer, however i have filed for fmla for my asthmatic child, and got it i do believe under the family medical leave act if your spouse dr fills out the paperwork supplied to you my your work and the doc states your neede for support or transportation or care legally they are required to give it to your ask your work for the papers and talk to dr
