My hands are shaking and I'm trembling quite a bit, but just saw this and wanted to say thanks.

Dave, Somehow I missed your Pi$$'d message yesterday and just now read it. (I read the board from the bottom up to erase the blue).

Now I'm sorry I read it. I hate when a friend posts about pain and problems on top of the cluster attacks. That's just something I don't like to read about.

Prayers to you that all will be ok very soon.

Yep, we spent many nights wiping out them blues. Both on the screen and in our heads!
Been meaning to reply to your personal message, but am behind, so many of our family here have been contacting me with support I can't keep up.
Wish I could respond to every single message that comes up, everyone is as important to me as the next.
At the moment, I'm kind of in a "window" where the pain is very bad, but am coherent enough to deal with it and talk a little.
You like stress for coping eh? I find I have to be doing something all the time to keep going. Keep my mind busy with diversions such as talking in here. I find just being able to find the keys to type out each letter and hopefully make some sense a way to keep my focus.
So good to hear from you again, and all these new friends that are simply amazing with their support, encouragement, advice, prayers and vibes.
I feel it all in each note.

And a quick note to TxBasslady,
Bass fishing is one of my favorite pasttimes, maybe if things work out and I'm capable, we could visit you in Texas and you could show me the hot spots for some real fishing. Here in Colorado, most of the fishing is for trout. Course, it's possible that's what has me in trouble now. In early August my son came up to visit and we went fishing. We were commenting on how nice it was out and no bugs bothering us while the sun started to go down. Then the fish start hitting, the excitment builds and you forget about simple things like insect repellent. I had a fish on line, bringing him in when I noticed my hand covered with misquitos. I dropped my pole right away (losing the fish) and then sprayed myself down. Too late though, my hand was swollen pretty bad for a few days after. By then end of the month these new symptoms started appearing, and now they're among other things looking into West Nile Virus as a possible cause.
But, fishing is my escape. I don't have to catch anything to find peace and relaxation in fishing. If I can get a day without doctors appointments and can function, that's were I'd like to be, out on a lake. Of course, I'll drench myself in repellents right away from now on.
We're not that far away, if I get healthly, maybe we can come down and do some fishing and visiting together?
Feeling optimistic right now, all the support from all these friends is helping me think more positive and want to think about what I may want to do more than what I might not be able to do.

Hey Dave,
I know this won't help right now, but if I don't tell you this now I'll forget it (I'm Old you know).

The next time you get OUT - rub yourself with a Bounce Dryer Sheet and then put the thing in your belt and then go out in safety. The bugs will leave you alone. Ok, I thought it was stupid when I heard it, but it WORKS. I lived on the lake and the mosquitos were terrible. Nothing got rid of them - they loved the repellents and grew BIG in Texas.

We were having a party one night and they attacked us. We had all the candles out and the spray and everything we could do for them. I just said what the heck and went in and got the Bounce sheets and passed them out. Within 5 minutes NOBODY was having a problem with mosquitoes. Since then we've never had a problem. Works great on the golf course too. I didn't believe it till I tried it and it worked.

So when you get over this (and you will -too many people pulling for you) don't leave home without the Bounce. And come on to Texas - the Bass are waiting for you...... If Tex can't find them - I know where a few are...

Our thoughts and prayers are still with you and Annette...today and everyday. There is safety in numbers and we're all with you.

We're hoping today is better for you both and that they find the answers soon.
