Title: Re: The children Post by BobG on Sep 17th, 2003, 12:00pm tsayswhy, here's a :D for posting this. And here's a :-* to margi and all at the children and clusters messages. I try to read all the messages but usually only get through part of the first one before I can no longer see well enough to read. :'( It really tears at my heart to know that a child can be a clusterhead. :( |

Title: Re: The children Post by Donna on Sep 17th, 2003, 12:09pm It is a heartbreaking experience to see a child suffering a cluster headache....the frustration...the hopelessness of not being able to do anything to help...It's almost too much! My son started first with migraines in the fourth grade and they continued until he was 17...then turned into clusters. I am so glad that they didn't become clusters sooner although naturally I wish they never turned into them at all. I can't imagine going thru this with a very young child...and we know they are out there. That is why our work here and in OUCH is so very important. Join OUCH......join the fight for research into cluster headaches. We've only just begun. |
