... Working in the fine southern community of Poplar Bluff, MO... I've noticed two key billboards that give an illusion as to what Southern Missouri life is all about...

"There's something cooking in the neighborhood... is it METH?

"Who's My Daddy?" (Baby Picture) "DNA TESTING!"

... anyone else have either of these in their hometowns?...

Not that I live in the boondocks or anything Dan, but we don't even have a gas station, let alone a billboard.
We do have a pretty good brewery and a decent bar though.

LMAO!! You should seeeeeeeeee some of the billboards in the "chicagoland" area!! LMAO! They can get perdy outrageous.

The only one i can think of off the top of my nogin is the one for a beer... says "The best HEAD in town"... with a picture of a blond holding a big mug of beer....

And, I've seen the ones your speaking of... they have those near the ghetto.

Yes, Chicago and Milwaukee have some pretty racey signs indeed. Everthing I know about 40 ounce beer I learned while driving (from the signs). Not to mention the strip club signs.

I just drove cross country (East) and every state had billboards for Gentleman clubs. Indiana was the only one that still calls them strip clubs.

But the one billboard in Chicago this season that is causing a stir is by Marshall Fields and shows 5 women in their underwear.

This one is way racier than any of the strip club boards.

There WILL be car wrecks.

Would you believe we have 3 "gentleman's" clubs called "The Rear End", "Weasel's" and "Badger Country"? You should see the billboards for those...LMAO

We have some billboards with two slimey lawyer's pictures plastered all over the landscape. They are reminding us to give them a call when we spill coffee at McDonalds all over our laps.
