Looks like Isabel is coming right your way. They are giving warnings for all to start boarding up.
Hope their wrong! Get your supplies and hope all are safe who are in the way.

DANGEROUS HURRICANE ISABEL IS EXPECTED TO THREATEN EASTERN NORTH CAROLINA...VIRGINIA AND THE LOWER MARYLAND EASTERN SHORE LATER THIS WEEK......BUT IS STILL 3 DAYS AWAY FROM THREATENING LAND.

My office is literally next door to Home Depot and across the street there is a Lowe's. A buddy of mine has a s..load of plywood as well.

I have a very active, rambunctious 3 year old. Guess her name... Yup ISABEL ;D ;D ;D ;D

So maybe I've been prepared for 3 years. My house is Isabel proof.

Sheesh Suzy! You read my mind... All you guys in that area - Randy you're not too far either are ya?

It looks ugly, and huge on the satellite pics. I hope you guys have some canoes or rafts ready to go, JUST in case, I heard some scary stories about the last huge storm and its effect in Jersey.

I know you guys are tough, just hope you're not those hey-lets-see-what-the-storm-does crazy people.

Hey, all you guys and gals in NC or SC on the shorelines...if you need a refuse or a place to stay...I live in Columbia, SC...just drop me an email and I will pull out the cots here at my house...Know there is always a clusterhead nearby with a welcome mat at their front door for you...I just heard Ft. Bragg is 70 miles from Mrytle beach and that is where my son is...wish he could come home...My prayers are with you all....also, praying it doesnt hit us too..I remember Hugo very well...it was my birthday present years ago ....smiles,nancyc

Hope all you guys and gals on the Eastern coast stay safe.
I have a sister in Charleston, S.C.........Hugo got them a few years back.

I am in Tx, so been thru a few bad ones myself, in my lifetime.

Yikes.

Thanks for the pics. This thing looks like it's gonna be pretty nasty. Hatten down yer batches and corner the market on duct tape. Stay safe.
