After a three dayer, tried on spek to see if there was any kind of support group out there. Boy did I sob when I found this site. For the sympathy, kind words and understanding, for the sence of humour and for the fact that there are so many other folk just like me, who have been suffering alone for so long. I know I'm going to have a long and interesting association with this wonderful site.

I think it is strange. They say Cluster Headaches is very rare, yet there seem to be so many of us. I sometimes wonder how many suffer in silence, never finding this board.

You've found a place full of people that actually know, really know what you're going through. You'll also find some good ideas and ways to deal with this horror. Glad you found us and I hope you stick around.

As always it is a double edge sword....sorry you need us but glad you found us. There is a vast array of CH information on this site and the O.U.C.H (http://www.clusterheadaches.org/) site so read, read, read.....knowledge IS power.

Carl brings up a very good point. To the best of my knowledge I have never met another Clusterhead in person.....but I bet I have! We need to get Mr. Happy's No CH logo put on a buncha shirts or on a particular day all Clusterheads wear a yellow shirt or something. With 4000+ members some of us our bound to run onto each other.

And I promise myself I am going to meet another Clusterhead before the end of the year...somewhere, somehow!

Welcome aboard. Glad you found us. Read until you think your eyes will burn out, then go to your doc with the info you find here.

Don't mind the squabbling, cause we're family, and that happens. Take the support and knowlege, then pass it on to another.

all sufferers allowed, but if it were a three dayer, check out the cluster quiz. Clusters rarely go for three days. (imagine if one did!) sorry you're in pain regardless.

Hi Sadsue,
Sorry you're here - only means one thing, ya know? I, too, cried when I first got here a few weeks ago. Finally,
they're talking my language and not looking a me funny - well if you could see me that is. You are not alone - we are all here for you.

I'm winding down my 8 week stint and feeling like me again. Read and write and you'll feel much better with all these great people here for support. Misery does love company, it's true.
