I'm not as old as I look but I've been here long enough to miss some of the adults who have left us because they feel they have fuller lives. Maybe it's for unmarried sibling less goofs like me to crave the S&M features of the board. Not sure I can sell a vanilla sex room to DJ, though.

On the other hand, while we'll definitely miss you, we’ll pick up what’s left of ourselves as we're pretty good at getting around all that this beast can throw at us and even know how to focus when necessary. Give us a hand when you can though because I know most of you will continue to look in on us.

It’s pretty hard to avoid, I've found.

Yup life goes on.....were supposed ta learn from our mistakes.......pick ourselves up.....dust ourselves off.....sum prefer to stay and some prefer to fight and some prefer to leave......such is life ! Pam that will miss all the 'goners' alot ! :'(

I can't leave. As much as I hate it, I am one of you. I am sure everyone of us will agree on that.A zebra cannot change his stripe color, a fish cannot sprout wings, and a clusterhead cannot change the fact he is a clusterhead. Even if you go into a long remission, it is like they say in A.A., once an alcoholic, always an alcoholic. Once a clusterhead, it scars you for life. You will always be a clusterhead. To leave this board is like leaving a war but still having to fight a battle, but without fellow soldiers, no one has your back.
Who has your back here? Whose back do YOU have? No one has to fight this alone. If they do, it is thier perogative. As long as I have a way to get online...I will be here. When i can't, I will still keep you all in my thoughts and prayers. I have a brother just across the river from me who I know has my back. I've got his. Nice to finally find someone close to me who fights this beast too.

Everytime the shelling stops we get a rash of "survivor" posts.

Charlie usually doesn't start one.

He's usually clueless....butt this was very erudite...and short. I actually got more out of it the 3rd time I read it.

So...as much as my fangers ache to post in all them other ones....I choose Charlie's place. I suspect to find fewer self employed bio-exorcists and/or grave diggers here.

So here's my heine.

I come for Clusterheadache information and entertainment. There's always a bit of both.

Top Ten reasons "I'd have left long ago IF":
10. I only came to find a nymphomaniac.
9. I had migraines.
8. I came for the warm fuzzy atmophere.
7. I wanted everyone to like me.
6. I wanted only CH info....no small talk
5. I wanted everyone to see things my way.
4. I expected folks to be nice.
3. I believed Jonny believed that he was the king.
2. I believed this was as good as it gets.
and the # 1 reason I'd have left long ago IS....IF I could have gotten Charlie's fucking "warm hand" technique to work.

k....this is what i'm having a difficult time with. escalating number of headaches, escalating kips.... i know it will peak eventually... but i'm already exhausted! how are you folks getting around it?

i come here and try to read the mb. hard to read. letters kind of swirl together (maybe it's the topamax?)

i try to respond, then realize i sound like (or perhaps AM, at the moment) an idiot.

i'm not helpful right now. merely a drain on others. i'm tired. drained. sorta down and mildly depressed (had to drop 2 of my classes because I couldn't handle them with these damn h/a). in pain. doped up on topamax. and feeling dumb.

Here I sit all signed in at MSN IM but all alone. Breaks my butt. Been reconnected for a couple months, almost.

Damn it Liz. I rarely see you complaining here about this horror and sadly all I can do is post this little thing. I wish it could be more. >:(
