I took my cute ass and my mean looking husband to gate way. I told Buddy to look mean. ;D

We took the old computer in when the place was packed ;D

Very loudly I said listen I bought the computer two weeks ago I can't get on line, and your company has put me through HELL! I have brought it to service, and stayed on the phone as many as four hours a day. Customers started listening. The lady got me a manager.
Boy they were so nice, butter could not melt in their mouth. They said no problem and brought me out a new computer. Told me I would not have to pay the 15% RESTOCKING FEE! They are also sending me UPS lables to return the other computer.

I am back on line. It will take me two days to download stuff and get back on a full bases but I am back.

way to go Elaine....so happy for you, but I'm still stuck with the image of Buddy putting on his mean face...
Standing there scrunching up his face, narrowing his eyes and posturing....nope. Can't picture it.
