My bass player Doc and I started taklking about doing an O.U.C.H. benefit later this year here in the midwest, In the St Louis, MO area. Our band "Act of God" and "Izzy Bigg", along with a couple of other bands will provide the entertainment. We are already contacting a couple of other local bands to try and set this up. We need sponsers, promo ideas, and even have like raffles ....mind you, we just came up with this idea this morning. We NEED clusterheads to stand behind this if it is to be. I think we can pull it off.

UPDATE!!!

We were discussing where to have OUCHFEST '03, thinking of maybe the Chzech Center on Kingshighway in St Louis, MO. or renting another local hall. Tonight Mike suggested we have it at a club here in IL right across the river from North County St Louis in Alton called "City Limits." It is spacious, has a great light and sound system, and would be perfect to host the event. Mike knows the owner and we are going to approach him this week to see if we can pull this off for early December. As soon as information is available, it will be posted here.

RAMON - working on the ammo to get to ya. This baby isn't even 48 hours old yet, and Doc, our bass player wanted to do it NEXT MONTH! I told him there isn't any reality to that idea, as this is gonna take some work to organize. These idjits have it easy: all they have to do is show up and play. I'm the one that's gonna be pulling my hair out to get this puppy up and running. You can ask Jim too - for me to pull my hair out, I have to work really hard - as I have none. Gotta pull it from somewhere though, even if it hurts.

Hm, almost been awake another 24 hours. Wonder if I should sleep soon. I got me some ammo tonight though, so let the beast wake me up. Hoping that the 'Trex will work for me this time around.

Pam, according to mapquest it looks like Wooster OH is about 514 miles from St Louis MO.
That's not too bad of a drive, is it?

And Jim, after having a record of only 1 success out of several attempts with the nasal spray and injections, the last couple of days I am FREAKING FUCKING OUT!!! The Imitrex is WORKING? It is making me ask why, but not gonna question it...guess it's time to give the o2 another try too. Maybe I am just getting lucky, or the mad fucking beast is getting weary.

Getting together some info for another post here and have a call to make.

Does this place have a porch ? CH'rs and porches rock too......guess a bar stool and stage with bands would rock too ! Pam that would see headbangers 'headbang' at this one ;)
