Title: Re: alittle class Post by Roxy on Aug 29th, 2003, 1:48pm Good attitude! :) All you can do is stay prepared with your ammo close, and then just live your life as if you will never get hit. Then when you do....just get through it as best you can, and then go on living your life fully. Don't ever let the bastard win!! |

Title: Re: alittle class Post by Linda_Howell on Aug 29th, 2003, 2:11pm The best way to help yourself and fight depression is to help someone else. I think you're off to a great start by pulling yourself up outta that bed and getting dressed and just doing something. Anything. Now that you've got your make-up on and you look good.....go look in on a friend who's bedridden, volunteer at the local burn ward, bring some cookies to an elderly person who no longer gets a visit from their family, plant a rose bush, give your son a hug. yeah. you've got class my friend. Thank you for bringing this up. LindaH |

Good advice ! If you haven't seen a neuro...do it. Like I said in another reply....gotta get through one attack at a time. Thinking about it or the next attack too much will drive you nuts ! hope you find some relief soon ! :) I think it's great that you get 'all dolled up' ( forgive the expression )...it's bound to make you feel better. Right ? And if it feels good ... do it. You deserve it ! Wishing you pain free days ~UnsolvedEquation~ |
