Dear Family!
Iam home from my back surgery.
Every thing went ok,lot of pain. but not any thing like CH!
Still Kickin just not verey high!
Got hit with an 8 in recovery (THAT SUCKS!)
THANK YOU ALL FOR THE VIBES AND PRAYER!

I was VERY happy to see you in the chat room last night. Needless to say we were all VERY happy to talk with you.

That must have really sucked to get hit by the bastard at that time! Do you think it rates getting on the list of the worst places to have one? I do!

I am very impressed you are out so soon. I need to take lessons from you on how to get in and then back out so soon!

All the GREAT HEAL BACK vibes that I can find are heading your way (wait, there is another one)!

While I am at it, here are some kick ass vibes to beat the beast. Do both at once!

Only one back surgery for me BUT it was right in the middle of a CH cycle...what a mess that was.
