Hello,

I was wondering if anyone out there as found or made a spreadsheet in excel to monitor and keep track of cyclyes and other variables that come with CH.

If not Maybe I'll make one and allow all of you fellow Ch sufferers to download it.

I've kept a "Headache Book" for about a year now, but I certainly would not turn down an electronic means to track the beast. :)

Sounds like agood idea. Most here probably have Excell.
Or something like it.
