Coupla new worms in the wild also. One removes blaster, patches and reboots your system and then ping floods for other systems. Nice of it to fix those too lazy to patch but the traffic is BIG! First day, yesterday it got 350,000 computers.

Nother new worm out as of this afternoon. Don't know what it does yet but it is about 3MB in size! This is a nightcrawler but hopefully not on speed.

Rumor has it that the mother of all worms will be released soon also. Preys on active X. COuld be real ugly.

On top of the new Sobig there were also 4 more new viruses let loose today.

Armagedon? Who knows. I do have my wallet nearby incase I need to get those tickets to my island in a speedy manner. Who needs it.

In the last few hours, I received a dozen e-mails, from various unknown senders and with differing subject lines, but all with the body text:

Please see the attached file for details.

Of course I didn't download these attachments from the mail server.

I set a filter in MailWasher to bounce and delete these mails. :D

May lightening strike these fucking bastards while they are shitting!
