thanx everybody for d helpn info gotta find archives,where 2 go ,dont know,,,,,,,,,,,also,i wonder if being around msg all the time ,im gettin od d,im there 6 days aweek...........litl here litl there,i dunno,,,,,im surrounded by f.....n msg,LOL................i think its even in my coffee,must b terrorist acts,cant x plain.............thanx again guys,goin fishin on monday,maybe clear my head 4 a day,write me,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,litlgriz

Yea, I agree. Anything that has been processed and put in a package, and that has a date on it. I am wary of. The problem is, that includes about 90% of what i eat!
Cheese i stay away from, No matter what!
