anyone interested in side effects of long term SANSERT use, let me know, I just received some bad newsafter a surgical lung biopsy, tbp38@msn.com ???

Methysergide can cause fibrotic changes and can produce inflammatory fibrosis. Use of methysergide is contraindicated in patients with existing pulmonary disease, rheumatoid arthritis, or valvular heart disease. Use of methysergide in children is contraindicated because it can cause pulmonary fibrosis.

Bad side effects of methysergide are no news. In my opinion methysergide shouldn't be produced/prescribed any more - psilo, a relative of methysergide, for example, is much less dangerous...
