Actually... I found this page (http://www.rarediseases.org/search/rdbdetail_abstract.html?disname=Headache%2C%20Cluster) to be particually interesting, if slightly flawed. Especially the second organization (http://www.rarediseases.org/nord/search/orgdetail_full.html?org_name=Organization%20for%20Understanding%20Cluster%20Headaches%20%28O.U.C.H.%29) from the bottom.
