Talked to Cat on Friday, they got there about 2am. She was pointing and ordering movers around...... ;D Go figure....LOL.

Cats had it hard the convention, then moving, plus keeping up with her three year old. Cat needs a rest! Cat just say hi and tell us what all is going on, we miss ya. Then you can rest ;-)!

Cat update!

She is trying to get hooked up online today....she might make it....maybe, maybe not...LOL.

She already has most of the house set up, but she doesn't get her phone line till Wed., and the kids all start school on Wed. too. At least her getting online isn't dependent on the phone line.

The movers also stole a collection of millinium Canadian quarters from her daughter (I think she should shoot them...stealing from a child >:(). So she's going to get to yell and vent to the moving company!!

She said to tell everyone HI....she'll be back soon.

Stole quarters from a youngin'! >:( :o Dem's fightin' words. Rox, you git the horses saddled up and I'll grab the shotguns ... we'll run 'em down and teach 'em to take from kids. Seriously, that's a really low down lame thing to do.

Cat never ceases to amaze me ... she'll probably have the whole household set up, organized, cleaned, and decorated all before getting the kids off to school on Wednesday. The lady sure seems to have energy to spare. (BTW, don't feel like you have to get online right away and type a bunch ... get settled and rested up first)

LOL, you guys are all fucking nuts!! ;)

Actually, I just finished cleaning the house LOL. The entire main floor is finished and ready to go, the family room is mostly done, but still needs to have the toys organized and the home network set up.

Kirk, if you are reading this, send me an email, I need some help getting a linux box set up as a server/firewall ;)

As per normal, Murphy and his laws moved along with us. I searched through every box and finally after unpacking all but books and winter stuff, we came to the conclusion that my vacuum bags were gone. I went out today and bought a new vacuum as mine is a one of a kind end line special that you have to special order bags for, and is useless without them. Finished vacuuming, and sat down to get online, and Clark was downstairs unpacking the last box of the 3 computers, and lo and behold, at the bottom of the computer was the vacuum bags LOL. Anyone need a vacuum? hehe.

As for the movers, we went and talked to the folks on base today and we will of course file a claim to see if we can replace Andrea's quarter collection, and I will write a letter of complaint, and then I get the priviledge of being the one who calls the moving company and explaining (very nicely of course muahahaha) that if the coins are returned I won't press charges hehe. Then I get to go over to base legal and kick some serious moving ass. I get to vent my entire 1200 mile move worth of Murphy with 3 kids 2 cats and a Uhaul trailer with an electrical problem on the movers ;)

We are online but will be a few days now before I am back full time as we still need to set up the network and get the router working again :)
