If i was to use the Imitrex tip so i could conserve my imitrex. How far do I insert the needle into the skin?

Approximately 1/8" to 1/4" Patrick. If you look at the distance the needle sticks out when you push the button on the auto injector, it's about the same.

When I was using U-100 insulin syringes I just shoved the fuckers all the way in. I think they are about 3/8 inch long but when you're in extreeeeeeme pain it don't matter. The Imitrex still worked within about 6-7 minutes and with no bad effects.

Fuggin eh man. Hard as hell to stick urself though. Sat there for 5 minutes trying to gain the nerve, then was relieved it didnt even hurt going in, but did flinch when the medicine started in, Yeowch!!!!
