Title: My turn to ask for prayers/vibes Post by Donna on Aug 6th, 2003, 12:43pm Having been born with an aortic valve with only two instead of three cusps, I've had an irregular heart beat that I can remember since age 17.......like a skipped beat that restarts with a little thump. Well, a year ago I went into my second bout of a-fib and now a couple of days ago I went into the old skipped beat feeling (actually they're premature atrial contractions)with every third beat being early, and this rythym lasted for over 24 hours. It usually goes away after a few minutes. Now I'm on a holter monitor till tomorrow at 11am, and I'm again feeling that skipping. It is now on record......but I'm scared to death that the time has come for a pacemaker. I sooo don't want to need one. I pray that what I feel is not bad enough for that yet. Chicken Donna |

They have gotten soooooo good with that stuff !!! If ya need to have anything done ...... just try and relax and go with the flow ......... it's a heck of alot easier on the heart. Meds never worked well so her cardiologist tried one last treatment before surgery, 1 supplement and 1 herb. It seems that they work to stabilize the rhythm. If you want to know more email or Pm me. I dont get it... what did we do to deserve this... Donna Im praying for you lady this too will hopefully pass. Don't be afraid we have our faith and life is perfect.
