The agenda for the day can be found on the "members forum" Post board.

You will not find OUCH USA listed as I believe the agenda was printed before OUCH USA committed.

18:00-19:30 CONTROVERSIES ON THE TOPIC

Is this the part where the audience commences to yell and everbody on stage gits in a fight an girls get their shirts torn off?

I think these names below deserve some serious lookin into by us American Clusterbuds. Here's a list of U.S. Doctors who are traveling half way around the rock to attend a Cluster Headache meeting. They sound like our kinda folks. Does anybody here have one of these guys as their Doctor?

N. T. Mathew (USA)
O. Appenzeller(USA)
S.J. Tepper (USA)
M.A. Moskowitz (USA),
D.W. Dodick (USA)(implant guy from Arizona)
F.D. Sheftell (USA)

Hey....is that the same Sheftell that has that cookin show on Channel 6? Don....You be sure an tell him that me an the little lady loved his "Possum Grits" recipe.

Walka ina the sunshine
den

PS: yes I am aware that these conventions are tax deductable vacations for the Docs and their head nurses...butt still...this Cluster Club appears to be a special lil voluntary offshoot of the IHS and that makes me think that these particular Docs must be especially tuned into our needs.

Don,

Sheftel helps organize the AHS's annual meeting in Scottsdale, AZ.  Goadsby once referred me to Sheftel to see if he would organize a layperson cluster event (I had asked Goads if it would be worth my while to attend the AHS meeting and he thought not since it was all tech stuff (which is what I really want to understand)).  I never followed up with Sheftel but you may want to discuss it with him after the meeting.

den,

Dr. Ninan Mathew is my neurologist.  I first saw him in January of this year.  He has an office in Houston and Dallas.....his office in Houston is called the Houston Headache Clinic, and it's over by Hermann Park.  I mentioned him in chat to Georgia, and she was going to check and see if he was on your insurance.  I called him on a Monday, and had an appointment on Wednesday.......no waiting period.  He is the one that lets me refill my trex injections every 5 days.

When I spoke with Marcelo Bigal at the convention, he told me that he and Dr. Mathew were close and had authored some papers together.

Lets me know if you want some more info on him.

Love,
Tracey
