My pictures finally got developed. Cees has posted them to

I look on them with great nostalgia. So few images, of so packed a weekend. People I saw, spoke to, never said a word to, wish I had said a word to.

Pictures of our boat ride, of the deck at Pine Cottage, Brad wearing the lampshade, our garbage at the end of the weekend...

The images I didn't capture with my lens, but with my mind;

Michelle who manages to look like a mastiff herself, lower lip down, frowning at her computer
Tracey, all legs in her chair on the porch.
Linda, in for the craziest fun between being hit
Steve, softly strumming that guitar.
Brad, rolling out his precious harmonica's
Charlie, in the seat beside me, talking about anything but clusters.
Catlind, running around, eagle eye on everything.
Jonny laughing.
Dave doing Robert de Niro.
Ree looking anxious.
Irma lighting a cigarette.
Peppi in the most incredible clothes
Liz, funny and sensible and a great roommate
Elaine, elegantly handling her smokes, talking in a soft drawl.

And all the others, who touched me briefly...

I miss you all.

Take that space out of your folder name...I dont believe it likes that.

Nice pictures ave! :)

To make a working link first click on the icon with he blue ball (2nd in 2nd row) to generate a url /url pair. Between the ] and the [ paste the URL that you copied from the browsers address input box. It will look like this in the message input box:

Code:

[url]http://www.geocities.com/ave_ceegee/photos1[/url]

and in the post (and the preview) appears:
http://www.geocities.com/ave_ceegee/photos1

Using copy and paste not only saves a lot of typing, but it is less likely that the colon after the http gets lost. ;D

Ave.......can't get the pics yet........Ueli's link comes up sayin the site is unavailable...........dam it anyhow !!! Hopefully I'll get the link cuz I wanna see yer pics......close as I can get back to that warm and cozy porch weekend with the best friends and people in the world is the pics...."I love the pics" !!! I MISS them porch nites....it sure was fun....am still missin everyone !!! Ave you were soooo dam cool...the voodoo car dance with toilet paper was a hoot ;D !!! Pam that can't get Ave's link....wahhhhhhh

geocities.com wants to sell server space, so they put a limit on the access rate for the free sites and tell you to come back later. :(

They are great, Ave. Nice to see people on the cruise and that there was no unscheduled swimming. Head dunking may be added to our remedy page though :)

Dam it....still can't get the pics but this time I got a bit closer.....got big white boxes with lill teeny 'X' in each corner.......no pics in em tho. Then I closed out and tried again and got the infumous 'this site is temporarily down' message........then I got spammed ta death. But I'll keep tryin. Pam that also gets spam on how to please my woman :P :P :P
