Title: Re: ER Treatment Form Post by Charlie on Jul 15th, 2003, 9:41pm Great forms Don. Very very well done. Patients are considered idiots by too many ER staffs. This looks as though it will help. I really hope Ueli reads about the Balance Bracelet. The cheapest one is $79.95. Worse than the Q Ray. Yer a good guy Don. (just couldn't come up with something stupid) Charlie |

Title: Re: ER Treatment Form Post by fubar on Jul 15th, 2003, 10:08pm An excerpt from the FAQ on the Balance Bracelet: "Why am I, a California resident, no longer permitted to order a Balance Bracelet from your company, Nutritional Health Services LLC? California has consumer protection laws that, while sometimes useful for protecting the consumers of California can be misused and until changes to these laws become a reality, we choose to avoid the many problems that potentially exist under these laws and therefore will not offer the Balance Bracelet for sale in California" Now, you gotta admit that is funny as hell. I live in a state that protects me from bracelets. Thank God. |

Title: Re: ER Treatment Form Post by miCHel on Jul 16th, 2003, 8:37am Those forms are great, Don! You have no idea how many times I would have loved to have one of these with me when I had to rush to the ER. Would have made my life much simpler and might have avoided getting told to stop eating "cold cuts" and/or "chocolate". No kidding, this happened to me twice... Just what you want to hear when your head is about to explode (or implode, I am never sure). And thank God the bracelet is also available in Canada. If it's good for Tiger Woods' golf coach it must also be perfect to cure CH. I'll save a fortune in Trex shots and invest that money in Florida land. You know the kind... ;) miCHel |

Title: Re: ER Treatment Form Post by Georgia on Jul 16th, 2003, 8:43am Those forms are great. If they aren't already there, can we add them to the OUCH site so they will always be readily accessible for everyone? |

Title: Re: ER Treatment Form Post by Mark C on Jul 16th, 2003, 11:35am Good Job on the paperwork Prez ....Finally.... someone has figuured it out! and I quote "The Balance Bracelet, made of a circular-ellipse conductor with spherical electrical condensers at each end, is believed to act as a passive-type resonator upon the body's energy field." ;D ;D Where is my vibrating glasses! |
