Hey, what dosage of Verapamil and Lithium does everyone else take. I just read this article and I think I am on the minimum dosage. 480mg Verapamil and 600mg of Lithium. It's not that I don't trust my doc but you folks got a hell of a lot more expierence with this shit than he does. Also, anyone ever heard of Mexiletine, not mescaline? The latest addition to my arcenol from my doc.

I just dropped back down to 300 lith and 360 verap a couple of weeks ago because I was going to stop taking it since it was hardly helping and I didn't like poisoning my system for such small effects. And now that I'm back down to that level I have had shadows but no attacks for 5-7 days.

720 verap and 600 lithium - been working for me with very few breakthrough ch's.

480 Verap and 600 Lith everyday for 13 years, this combo loves me and I love it.

VERA: 2 x 240 in the morning, 1 X 240 at night.

No Lith....

2 years ago I started at 120...It slowed the frequency of CH. I upped it till they quit completely. Each time they even threatened to return I upped it until they quit. They are now breakin thru at an alarming rate. I'm upping again.

I'll start another thread about "why the lith?" since I'm really gettin wary about the Vera numbers I'm eatin.

Would the responders to this thread also tell us how many doses a day you do?

Den,

Vera 3 times a day at 180 mg for over 5 years. When I need it, I'll add a 4th dose at night - happens every couple weeks.

Have a script for Lith - just sitting there waiting for me to do something.

Ted, wow - let me know how it goes. I've thought about the same thing several times - just don't have the balls to do it yet.....

Was at 480mg per day. Cycle ending and I'm now at 360mg per day. No Lithium this round but I'll keep in mind for next year.

Only things I know that work (that I've taken) are o2 and Trex up the nose. I can only assume that the Verap, Depakote and Frova made this trip easier.

I just don't know.

Looking back, it was one of my worst cycles.

480 verapmil + 900 mg lithium. No abortives. Works reasonably well with the usual breakthroughs at nigh.

I take 3 x 120 mgs of verapamil plus 2 x 300 mgs of lithium a day. I was doing so well that I decided to taper off the verap. Big mistake! Got hit 3 times within 24 hours..all injection worthy and I was taking my amerge at night too. Let me tell you...I upped my dose really quick like!
