Chlorpromazine...That is the drug I was given... It works for me although it is a heavy medication... I have had these headaches all my life (since I can remember) and Until i read a article in Time Magazine I never knew what I was getting.... I hope this helps... Let me Know ...

Hi Tiredofit. If memory serves me, I can only think of 1 person who ever claimed to try it. That is an extremely heavy med, so is it safe for me to assume you have tried other things that didn't work (like verapamil, lithium, etc)? If you have cluster headaches, and if you are not taking chlorpromazine for other reasons, and if you haven't already tried other things, maybe you should give verapamil and/or lithium a try.

You have not provided much information so please forgive me if I'm jumping to conclusions... I just want you to find a safe, effective treatment.

Ah... I just looked it up.... I see now why you (Eyes) did not elaborate...

Well I will, (even though I know you all will look it up)

Chlorpromazine = Thorazine

Not known as a CH drug.
