Friday, July 16th

7:00 AM through the rest of the day will be registration in the Main Lobby of the Hotel.
(Look for the O.U.C.H. sign straight ahead when you enter)
It will all so be free time for meet and greet.

Around 5PM we will have the Dinner Drawing by Elaine for the dinner with Jonny and DJ. Ticket sales end at 4:30PM

Dinner will be on your own.

Saturday, July 17th

7:00 AM to 9:00AM: Registration in the Main Lobby and later moved into the Banquet room when it opens.
(Look for the O.U.C.H. sign straight ahead when you enter)

9:00 AM: Hospitality Room becomes available.

9:00 AM-9:15 AM : Call to Order / Presidents Welcome.....Banquet Room

9:15 AM-10:45PM: General Session-Members input, Questions, Suggestions, and Discussion......Banquet Room

15 minute break

11:00 AM-12:00 PM: Speaker Dan Bemowski will speak on updates planed.....Banquet Room

12:00 PM - 1:30 PM: Lunch on your own / BOD Meeting (BOD members only)

1:30 PM - 2:30 PM: Speaker Lori Choyce / Q and A.....Banquet Room

15 minute break

2:45 PM - 3:45 PM: Speaker Dr. Volcy MD / Q and A.....Banquet Room

3:45 PM - 4:15 PM: Gathering at the pool for special presentation

4:15 PM - 6:30: PM Free Time for all members

5:00 PM - Banquet Room must be empty for hotel staff to prepare for dinner

6:30 PM-7:15 PM: Dinner (Banquet Room)

7:15 PM- 7:50 PM: Entertainment during Dinner

7:50 PM -Cash bar opens for 1/2 hour

8:15 PM - Awards, Door Prizes, and Final words from the BOD and the President
This will be the time you hear about changes to O.U.C.H. and things to come.

10:00 - World Championship "Grudge" Pool Tournament

Location: Hotel Bar

Jayne “English Babe” Salters
~vs~
Linda “Road Warrior” Howell

Sunday, July 18th

The hospitality room will still be available, gather your coffee and breakfast and enjoy a last day get together.

Sounds like a plan Dave. The only problem I see is that Jayne will be sloshed by then and Linda will probably already be in bed and we will have to go wake her up. BTW girls, I have my own personal stick that I had hand-made in the Philippeans in 1968 if anyone would like to use it. :)

Thanks Dave,

My suggestion would be to take time slot 2 and move it to time slot 4, time slot four would be divided into two equal parts and merged into time slots 5, 9 and 11, that would then allow extra time for stuff and stuff. Time slot 2 could be renamed time slot Delta. I think that clears it all up.

Your thoughts???
