Title: I am incredibly freaking stupid... Post by Melissa on Sep 20th, 2005, 11:25am It just occured to me, after 15 yrs of having ch's, that I don't get them every other year... I get them every 3 years! I feel like such a dumbass. :-[ I asked my husband if I had gotten them the first year we were married (in 1998 ) and he said he couldn't remember. Now I DO remember getting them when I lived in my duplex the previous year in '97, but not that next year. The next time I got my cycle was in 2000, when I found this website. The cycle after that, was 2 1/2 weeks after giving birth to my son in 2003. So you see, it wasn't a coincidence that I didn't have my cycle while pregnant, it just came a couple months earlier than it was supposed to, the next year! OMG, here I've been taking the kudzu because I didn't want my cycle to come this year, and now it isn't going to get here until NEXT year. I am now scared shitless!! [smiley=eek5.gif] The convention is next year, what if I'm in cycle? How am I going to cope? What if I've screwed everything up for myself by taking the kudzu while out of cycle?? Why then, am I getting shadows regardless? I am seriously confused and embarrassed now... :( :( :( I am SO SO very sorry!!! :(mel |

Alot of people are using it for reasons other than CH so I don't think you can have mucked anything up. And if you are in cycle.. you'll cope. Same as you have with everything else when in cycle! I know you an dI know you will do it ( and I know we all will help in any way we can too!) Enjoy your PF time okay?! Its too precious to spend it worrying - you never know.. by next year the beast may have lost your addy completely anyway! here's hoping! love Helen X |

I need to wear a sign that says "CAUTION: Right Brained Female Ahead" or something to that effect. ::) *sigh* I'm going to go off the kudzu immediately. I never found a pattern that fit me, so still wonder why I loose my temper exactly two hours before a really bad hit. My husband and family and co-workers all know it's comming...when quiet, and easy-going turns into demanding and Ferrocious....monster. It takes my breath away, yet they simply back away and say, "When it hurts...you go do what you need to..." and they are ready....meanwhile I am still clueless as I run to a safe room to pace it out.... ahh, the silly joys of clusters. Aren't we blessed??? |

I don't know why you're shadowing, but I don't think it's because of the kudzu. Anyway, I'm very glad that if you must live with CH, at least it only comes around every three years. You're not an idiot, you're not a dumbass, and you haven't made an ass of yourself. You have a very busy life with kids, a house, a hubby and a dog. Now and again we can all lose track of stuff in our lives - even the crappy stuff. You will go to convention next year - sounds like there might be more than one of these good folks that would swoop in and grab ya up! Cross each bridge as you get to it and don't worry about the "what ifs". You'll be fine, little one. Hugs Carol |

I definately was being over dramatic this afternoon, but I felt so bad for telling people my cycle comes every other year, instead of every 3 years.
