I just ended my longest PF run :'( (17 months). My record before that was about one year. There were only 13 headaches between these 2 PF periods, all thanks to Cluster Busters (http://www.clusterbusters.com).

Hopefully tomorrow is day 1 of a new record.

Great news about 17 months, but sorry to hear it has ended Jesse. Did you do a maintenance dose and what's your current strategy?

I do maintenance doses (every 3 months or so) with supplemental doses when I feel "warnings". I dosed a few weeks ago when my head was "crampy". This morning I was blindsided...no warning. I guess it's time for my medicine.
