I've realized that quite a few have clusters and migraines. Well, I don't have clusters, but I do have hormone induced migraines and I accidentally stumbled up on something that has actually helped and I don't have to sell my future grandchildren to afford it. It's called Ponstel and it is indicated for use in migraines (it is by prescription only). Two will usually knock the pain out within a very short amount of time. Caution though, if you are a man with migraines, you may get strange looks from your doctor if you ask them for it, since it's normally prescribed for menstrual cramps.
