But dirty places dont make the value of solar light lower.....

He uses a typical Third World medical practice because he works with no lights on as there is no-one home in that cavern on top of his neck.

He bought his medical licence from a "Shabeen" (illegal unsavoury drinking establishment in Africa) and are under the impression that most people are as uneducated as he is.

No silly, you make it yourself!  Apparently you didn't read the complete instructions.  First you need a piece of string, and a metal ruler, and uh, some other thingies.  Then you measure your head with the string, cut and bend the ruler to fit your pretty little head.    Oh My God!!!  It's a craft item!  How cool.  Let's all make one and everyone going to the next convention has to wear theirs.  Decorations for your "device" are most definitely in order.  We could award prizes!!!

He's undoubtably very confused because he thinks in one language and speaks in another (the University of Craiova requires that attendees MUST be fluent in Romanian).  ALSO, there is no pre-med/med program at this uni AND he can't even spell the institute where he supposedly got his PhD (and in this case, Piled high and Deep is most appropriate).  Upon further research, Craiova is not listed as a medical school at all.
