Ok, for those taking Kudzu, have you found that it has had any effect on your alcohol cravings?

I can't really say that I've ever "craved" alcohol, but I like a drink (or 5 ;) ) now and then. I can tell you that, on kudzu, it didn't matter a bit to me whether I had a drink or not. Even in situations where I'd normally have a drink...sometimes I just didn't "feel like it".

Kudzu has been used to help people stop drinking alcohol. I have no idea what it does as I was not drinking when I tried it.

Recenlty I googled for German sites about kudzu. They all wanted to sell kudzu as an aid to stop smoking.
