A google search showed this reported on OUCH-CA by Doug back in February. But Gamma Knife surgery is still shown as a possible treatment on the OUCH website.

Can someone fix this or say why it is still shown? I have reported other problems with the site but they haven't been corrected. Any suggestions?

As the evidence comes in, gamma rays appear less and less like a good treatment. There may a few places that still do this for clusters, but most of the large centers have stopped.

I posted another thread on the general board and wanted to mention it here too. The authors advise us to always remain critical of findings.

One third of all research studies yield inaccurate results.

OUCH isn't alone as there are many websites stating gamma knife surgery as a possible treatment pointing to the same 1998 study. It's a shame, that it didn't work out for us.
