For those who don't know me, I'm a 39 y.o. chronic.
Last year, I finally got insurance and went to get diagnosed with CH
officially. Of course, the docs tried all the meds (you know the list)
on me and nothing worked. I was on meds (prednisone with verapamil
taper and maxalt as an abortive) from april til november. They also
tried propalonol, indocin, and some other crap that I'm spacing out
now.

I ended up in the hospital for a day due to a bad reaction to
prednisone. My BP was sky high, as well as my white cell count and I
was completely dehydrated.

Then I found out about clusterbusters. It was right after I had quit all meds, I grew my own shrooms for a
while and tried various methods and different doses every time.
I noticed an improvement after a few days, then my CH would ramp up
again. All I had was 02 as an abortive, and zero meds.

After a few emails with Bob W, he encouraged me to try Hawaiian Baby
Woodrose seeds (HBWS).

The first time I took some, (5 of them) I got hit with a CH right
away.
After a few days (about 5) the attacks would fade away and I would end
up with a couple of pain free days then they would start again.

Recently, I went to France to have my teeth done. I had a lot of work
to be done, and after my first visit, I had 3 pain free days.
Then the CH started again. Back in Denver, the attacks got more
frequent, more intense. Still only using 02.

I reordered some HBWS and took 2 of them. Then, on the same day, I
started taking melatonin (9mg each night).

I've been pain free for 10 days now!!!! I keep a 2 seeds maintenance
dose every friday (no side effects whatsoever, except a slight lose of
appetite on the first day) and keep taking melatonin.
I've had maybe 2 shadows that disappeared quickly.

This is so far the best result I've ever gotten since my CH started.

I will keep you guys updated with my progress.

I want to thank Bob W. for all his help and advice.

Thats awesome!!
I noticed that melatonin mixed with benadryl is the most effective thing I have taken.
Keep it up, more PF days are on the way.
