Put down cigarettes 30+ days ago and my h/a pattern (chronic) has gone berzerk. I've had only one attack in roughly the last 2 weeks and very seldom have any shadows or the usual 8x per day nose clogging.
Much as it sucks to admit it things are shaping up to make smokes a horrifyingly exacerbating instrument of bodily plunder. Oh, the horror.

Anyhoo, guess I'll have to recommend that if you haven't tried shocking your system w/no cigarettes it may be worth the effort. Let's see if it keeps up.

Been contemplating that alternative therapy more than others at the moment ;)
