Episodic...frequent shadows that have mildly responded to Lithium added to daily Virapamil and Topomax. About ready to enter primary episode period which was unbearable last spring/summer and could not be broken with traditional steroid treatments.

Have had competent neuro for past 5 years but was wondering if trip to Mayo Clinic has helped anyone? Or if there were other clinics one might explore. Any input greatly appreciated.

Which Mayo?

Dr. Dodick at the Mayo in Scottsdale, AZ has done some real work with clusters and is also familiar with OUCH.
