Part 2 of 2 is now up and running.
It's a long survey, 116 questions, but it's mostly multiple choice and there are no essay questions:

Filled it out yet POP-UP says haven't completed when I tried to submit....I did complete it???????

Maybe you reported just too much quality?? There IS a limit and maybe you just enjoy life too much. ;-)
