Got some today and I am curious about taking, dosage, intervals and amount. Also do I have to get off preventives for them to work. Why? Chris

In a nutshell, your best bet is to taper off your preventatives first. Many of them interfere with the same part of the brain.

I just had some success with the Sip method. My experience is about one page down under topic 'Suppressed Episode'.

A little off topic, but hoping for some input. New to farming shrooms, first time in fact. Do the mushroom stems hold any therapeutic value or are these to be discarded and only work with the caps?

Use them all (sticks, stems and seeds). The stems have the active ingredient also.

Caps and stems will break my cycle but trex will only hurt me.

Got my kit, grew my schrooms, now ready to harvest.

Here are my questions though:

1) Best way to pick/ dry
2) how long will they be good, my cycle just ended, and won't be back til the fall.
3) how should I store them?

Matt i just kept mine in a ziplock baggie in the fridge. Stay good for at least a year. Another friend just keeps them in a baggie in a drawer and said they were just as potent a year later. I have read on this site about a lot of people putting them in a jar of honey, it also helps w/ that god awful taste.

Thanks. I am hoping this works, because the cycles have lasted longer than over the past few years for some reason or another
