Started 6 mg of melatonin about 3 weeks ago although I am not in cycle.

Been getting some really restfull sleep. No REM at all.

I kind of miss the recurring one with me and Carmen Elecktra though. How can I get that one back? THOMAS?

They use doses of 25mg for optimal dream experience, I reccomend using that much only on a Friday night and having nothing to do on the next Saturday. As far as Carmen, goes, I'll go un-chain her from my basement, she'll be on the next Greyhound. ;;D

I'm on the Melatonin, too. Started the other night with 3mg. Worked great, last night did 3mg, dreamt my ass off and had a CH. Going to 6mg tonight and will see what happens.

No, it was some kinda I, Robot kinda thing with a little Davinci Code thrown in. From what I remember, it was pretty damn good...up until the point that the Beast interrupted!

I took 6mg last night as usual yet dreamt for the first time in what seems like forever.

Crazy shit about my upcoming wedding including all the women I have ever dated or gotten funky with ;)

I wonder what that was about?
Could have been just the stresses of my upcoming event?

No Carmen Elcetra but I did have Tanya Roberts in her "beast Master" outfit. HOT!!!

Weird bizarre dream.

Yeah, I remember more dreams when using melatonin. 3 mg will do it for me, but if your really hard headed, it might take a bit more. . . (ducking).
